@AIQ like Kilisi said it's not a huge amount of time - the actual moderation "work" doesn't take long at all tbh I find it's more about being generally around so you can respond as and when stuff comes up. I don't know which site you're thinking of but Writing is a lot quieter than here and that takes up hardly any of my time
