Got to be careful with anonymous surveys. Saw a lady today get the sack within an hour of filling out her works anonymous survey and making some comments about management. Anonymous is just a word.

@Kilisi The purported anonymity isn't the problem in this case. If management is that bad, and for some reason you want to continue to work for them, never make comments about them - not in public, not in private, not in a survey. In a company with good management, anonymous surveys are not a problem.

@JoeStrazzere fair enough, I've never filled one in myself. Because I know 'anonymous' is just a word.

and in my locale it's just a long fancy sounding foreign word with no meaning... hehe

@Kilisi I am currently working on a project. My supervisor did a survey and got 400 obs. that are 80% to 100% complete.

All the answers are supposed to be anonymous ...

but my supervisor can find out who each of them are - all 400. And he knows many of them personally too ...

So, not really anonymous ...
