@Nic Hmm not sure really.. I suppose if the question could be made into a "how to go about determining office lunch quantities and planning" it might be answerable here?
@Nic The obvious answer would be to "talk to the supplier" as they'd be used to catering their products and know what range of dishes and how many are appropriate for the number of people you want. If they under or over supply, they're not likely to be called again, so it's in their best interest to be accurate.
