And hog the middle lane, which is also a lane I use to undertake when someone hogs the overtaking lane

Chat flags are normally handled fairly quickly, so you might not have noticed them before (or have been too busy working). I take it you've read up on the stuff you can do now?

How do I get helpful flag points if flags are converted to close votes?

I'm not sure I get the question. Before you get 3,000 reps, you flag questions that you want closed, after that point you can use the voting mechanism.

Yes but for example I believe its the Marshal badge requires a certain amount of flags

But if I vote to close it doesn't go towards my helpful flags

So can I still press the flag button and that works exactly the same as a close button now and will it still count towards my marshal badge?

I don't know whether the flag button will increment the "vote to close" counter or just act as a flag.

yea that. basically I had a lot holidays with my previous to prevous. so when I scheduled interviews, I book with those holiday

u get paid too and u get interview n rest day off too

I'm trying to reschedule them all into weekends

@Twyxz interviewing at weekends is tricky.. interviewers are people too and don't generally like to give up their weekends - usually it's easier to get them to arrange it for end of the day and then you can leave work early etc

I tried that, I basically said I'd prefer after 5 or weekends

and 3 so far said they'd prefer weekends

and no reply from the rest yet

Well it was a focus but not a focus... I was in the ST and it literally exploded next to me and disappeared. Bang crack crack brum!

Just a standard focus but whatever it had in it was ridiculously loud and fast.

Nope. Typical 2010 style focus body kit

He did the opposite. Instead of making a stock focus look like an RS but move like a Fiesta. He made an RS look like a stock focus. But it wasn't an RS

The fact he had no rear plate made quite obvious it's probably not road legal and whatever is under the hood is not a normal focus engine.
