@Kerry for what it's worth, most people experience that in most professional roles. The idea of school like "teach me everything and get me 100% on board and ready to go" is not how most companies work. Most companies don't have great onboarding programs and if they do, they still expect employees to take initiative, learn, etc.. — enderland ♦ 10 secs ago
