Q: Biased Moderator Problem - how to handle it?

VectorThere is a moderator on this site who has a clear bias on certain social and political issues, as is reflected in several of his recent actions as a moderator. What is the best way to handle this problem? If a moderator is the problem, who moderates the moderator?

Hi @Chris I've made an edit to your question which I hope will be enough to get it reopened. It seems like you had two questions mixed together here, so I removed the stuff related to the gender question and made it focus more on what appears to be the main question. The second question regarding if gender makes it harder probably deserves its own post, and I'm still not sure if it would be on-topic here. If I've changed your question too much, please feel free to rollback the changes or edit it further. — Rachel yesterday
There are several answers there right now which are definitely more focused on the gender element

A: Current moderators: please tell us about the job

Monica CellioWell, I wasn't a mod when I asked the question but I am now, so I'll talk to myself a bit. :-) What do you love about the moderator job on TWP? Being part of a solid moderator team is great. You will not be doing this alone. We've all been able to learn from each other, both about the sit...

Since jmac answered this question, I figured I should too. :-) ^^^
