I really want a Minecraft mapping program that just draws the surface map as you walk around. So it doesn't reveal anything, just keeps track of things you've already seen.

@JavadocMD As far as I can tell that's what mcmap does - when I used it earlier it only showed me a small area around where I had been - so I'm guessing the area that I had seen and it had generated
I just spent 4 hours making a road in a brand new world between two locations insanely far away from each other each with nothing there (yet). I always do things in the wrong order...
@ThomasMcDonald That's how I program too. I write everything around the main logic first and then by the time I get to the real meat of the program it's just a couple lines.
