@Raphael will do (with description at the same time).
@Raphael not sure either, but this is not malleable source, blog, homepage or course site where link would vanish or get switched/archived. DOI seems just a bit better in that sense, but why not.
@ryan there is no answer at all to such question. If someone is interested in some field a simple prerequisite is to know what it is about, otherwise it is either dubious reason or non-existent information gathering mechanism. Both turn to be hard obstacles to master anything. No pleace to creativity, only repeatable tasks... The XKCD comics comes into mind...

@Evil What's the xkcd comic #?
Also, I'm curious if this (cs.stackexchange.com/q/83287/68251) question was meant to be "maximize profit of knapsack" or if it really just is "maximize items in knapsack". One is difficult, one is almost trivial.
Unrelated, but interesting read: nytimes.com/2017/11/01/education/edlife/…

@ryan context matters. who are they? what grade? good at math? not? male, female? nationality? which xkcd comic are you talking about? anyway google is the place to start with any basic query. you can give them the Computer Science addr and tell them to "poke around" etc. how about this, give em this chat room url! we'll all be happy to brainwash them :P (unf it reqs 20pts to chat, but its not hard to obtain, it can be obtained on any SE site etc)

(oh sorry just realized ryan was not talking about a personal case but cited 2 SE questions on that, & Evil was the one pointing to xkcd strip... although that doesnt look like xkcd to me... think its another one, forget the name...)

@ryan Interesting read, but they excluded chemistry and medicine. Maybe fields like chemistry and material science are implicitly included in "Engineering," but hopefully not. Maybe chemistry is already excluded from STEM, but why should it be excluded?

Q: Find a subset in constant many queries

old_use_go_to_hellBlack box of $f(x)$ means I can evaluate the polynomial $f(x)$ at any point. Input: A black box of monic polynomial $f(x) \in\mathbb{S}[x]$ of degree $d$.
