@TomvanderZanden And would it have made any difference whatsoever if you'd familiarized yourself with the purpose of the tags before you reviewed them? You see, the reason I ask is that you reviewed five suggested edits in 19 seconds and that's not even enough time to read what you were reviewing.
In particular, it's not even long enough for you to have noticed that, actually, one of the edits wasn't "something instead of nothing" but discarded an existing description written by a mod, which described how the tag should be used on this site, with some generic definitional text. Oops.
Seriously, I don't know what you think reviewing is for but I'm pretty sure it's not about clicking "No action needed" enough times to get shiny badges next to your name.
