Well, that's certainly a tricky situation
So, here's my course of action
1: Tell the community to take cover behind me.
2: Approach slowly and inquire his purpose. It's likely he's simply delivering these cats as a present to the community.
3: Keep a vial of Giant Hogweed sap in my back pocket in case things go south. That bare skin is asking for trouble.
