It's OK. I have to admit I never actually sat down and studied. So I still can't conjugate verbs correctly... *blush*

But I have no problems communicating in daily life

(and during my monthly visits to the Federal Police—visas are a pain in Brazil)

For Europe, yes. Here, I've had to consularize/officially translate documents from English. Only French and Spanish would have been exempt from official translation.

Official translation as in "tradução juramentada"
