Who knows an open source program that compiles gcc (and dependencies) to a directory with include, assembler and everything, but configuring cross-compilation to generate executables for another platform?
And since it can do this, that can also generate the necessary executables so that the targets of the new compilers are several other platforms (for example, I want to have gcc for windows - mingw or not - for win32, win64, android, linux32 and linux64, doesn't need more).

Some more advanced project than it: github.com/RherPro/CrossGcc.
