I already post a comment in your question and voted NO. I really think it's not a good idea. Your students will have to read English Math textbooks sooner or later. Why not train them now instead of years later.

They are not as hard as you think.

Forty some years ago, my English was very very poor. When I took Calculus class in my first year in college in Taiwan, the textbook was in English. The first semester was terrible for me. I had to bring my dictionary with me all the time in order to study Calculus and Set theory.

It was getting much better during the second year. We used textbooks in English. Abstract algebra: Herstein's Topics in Algebra. I had trouble in the algebra, not the English part.

So, it's not hard at all. Again, why not let your student use English when studying Abstract Algebra?
