I had earlier thought of marking it as a duplicate of the question you linked in the flag but stopped because his case is of data usage per se, not of battery usage. Although the answer may be same for both of them.

@Firelord the answer, the cause and potential solutions are all the same. IMO at least either way should be done (mark one as duplicate of another)
