I suggest that it's broken and you need to take it back to the shop.

But in windows explorer I fing it..

And secondly LENOVO laptop doesnlt recognize it at all.

@gateprep I'm sorry, I can't fix it for you. If it's not recognized at all by your laptop, it's probably broken.

Is there any alternative that I may try like booting and stuff..

It's worth checking for obvious damage to the USB plug (such as bent pins) which you might be able to fix yourself

or trying another USB port

Its working in a different port..

Its like a two way movable slot..I don't understand why it doesnt fit properly like the earlier ones..

Well that's good news. Non-standard USB ports like this often have problems.
