@DanHulme Yeah, just killed one of those. Nicolas should have been more explicit that he doesn't mean "it takes too long until it's charged", but rather "it doesn't chose the charging mode I want". Waiting for the answer recommending to switch the device off while charging …

@DanHulme yep..basic fact is that you can't always charge fast and charging slowly is to be expected at some point of charging cycle

@Izzy I wasn't sure whether to delete that answer or not. We don't normally delete answers just for technical inaccuracy, and it was a good-faith attempt to answer the question.

@Izzy for me the boundary between "poor answer - downvote" and "not an answer - delete" is whether the user genuinely tries to answer the question
