@nalzok you can ask a SE employee to disown a specific question through the "contact us link". You can also "hide" accounts, but they are not completely hidden. If someone wants to find your hidden activity they can: meta.stackexchange.com/questions/253599/…
As for whether it is a good idea, you don't have a lot of highly upvoted answers, so I would say it probably won't help.
