I was actually undecided too on whether to cast a delete vote or not. I did nothing and I'm still undecided.

@Hosea there were some comments. It would have been great if the 8 people involved in the review left helpful feedback, but we are not always so lucky. I was left with having to make a call. I went with the majority.
