a question i answered being migrated to English Language and Usage... not a member there... and I guess my answer will be voted down for not following their rules
so what happens now... is it just a case of an upvoted answer lost and those rep points (as fake as they are) lost too?
@Omen the OP asked for the question to be migrated. It seemed like a reasonable request since the question wasn't highly up voted on our site, did not seem like a great fit for us, and seemed to fit within E&L's scope, so I migrated it.
Yes, you lose the reputation, but hopefully the OP will get the answer he is looking for at E&L.
