Hi. there is a sentence that I don't get in this :
It sounds like a lot, but it"s really not that hard if you keep that tumbler filled, sip regularly, and take it wherever you go. Oh, "and you will go more often", for sure.
what does "and you will go more often" mean?

@parvin It means you will have to go to the bathroom more often (to urinate)
It’s an idiom where it can mean either getting up to walk to a washroom, or the actual business you do once you get there.
If you let your dog go to the bathroom on my lawn one more time, I’m going to start leaving it on your front porch instead of throwing it away.
Where did Susan go? / She just got up to go to the ladies room. She should be right back.
