You can find answers to all of them in the actual answer. Also, please be patient – you'll get your answer at some point. If not, you always have the option of placing a bounty on your question (it's really simple). I suggest you tell the currently single answerer about the changes you've made to your question, by the way.
By the way, good job on inserting a space before parentheses and after commas. It really aids readability and makes your writing look normal. If you only pay a little attention to details like that you'll leave a good impression on people (or at least won't appear sloppy or uneducated).
