@CowperKettle There are things we can choose to change. I was very shy until I decided one day that I was sick of being scared to say what I was thinking all the time because I might seem weird to other people. Now, years later there are many people that wished I had just given up and thought "well, that's just the way I was born" :) (but I'm not one of them!)
Honestly, too many of us let what we imagine other people will think make our lives smaller than they should be.
Don't imagine what someone thinks - just ask them if you care, and don't care if it doesn't really matter to you.
@CowperKettle Do you have a recipe I can try? We have a baking club and I think they might find Kulich really interesting!

Q: Was this chat ban justified?

Q: What are your big problems with duplicates?

SomeWindowsUserI'm quite new to Stack exchange, and I have only asked a few questions. But more than half of the questions were quickly closed as off-topic/duplicate/etc. I understand that noone wants Spam questions, but this sometimes goes to far. I even wonder: Do you get rewards if you flag a question and i...

Q: What do we call lips squeezing back?

Eddie KalTo my mind, to pout means to push one's lips forward, as an expression of petulant annoyance or sexual attraction. To pucker one's lips has a similar meaning. I am wondering what the opposite expression is called, namely pulling one's lips back. I am not sure scrunch would do, as it signifies th...
