@JimReynolds I don't think so. Users of this chatroom can only get pinged like that if they were (talked?) recently here. And I think – but I'm not sure if that's the case – if their handle cannot be autocompleted, they're not pingable.
I.e., that's a very good indicator that they haven't been here recently, in my experience.
