Hey.
I have a question.

shoot

Do you think I'm using books that are too advanced for me?
Alec was saying that.
When I went to the chatroom to ask if one of my answers (Bredon-er exercise) was okay.

whether or not a book is too advanced for you is something you'll understand way better than me
but I certainly think Munkres and D-F is way better than the Aluffi-Bredon combination
Munkres/Simmons

I am thinking about doing something other than Bredon, but I like Aluffi a lot :/

too much of category theory.

oh, not really.
just universal properties.

well, do whatever you like, and don't do something you don't like.

not even functors and whatnot. and I was familiar with monads from Haskell.
so.
anyhow. using Aluffi won't kick me later, right?

I don't know.
I have never read it

I don't know much linear algebra, so DF isn't really applicable.
anyway. thanks.
