The witch farm is done and working well. I'm testing it's output for an hour right now.
But it can still be vastly improved. The output storage space needs to be enlarged but most importantly we need to light up the nearby caves and torch the ground and stuff.
The less other mobs that spawn the more witches will.

@Mego The witch farm is currently broken, for some unknown reason.
The current memory cell plan uses 20 redstone per bit.
Including the read/write busses with repeaters.
There's also some per-word costs for addressing.
Such as at least 3*(1 + num_of_address_bits)

@PhiNotPi Not necessarily. Witches were spawning, just incredibly slowly.
When you consider all the places mobs can spawn in that area the witch platforms are only a tiny fraction
Everyone should note that the 60 second idle sleep timeout has been disabled for now because we think it makes afking at the gold farm and things not work.
