Hello, I'm thinking about proposing a new site and just looking through everything to understand what is involved. However when I try to log in or join the Area51 site, I get an error message every time saying: "Unable to log in: No user found". Is there prerequisites for joining? I opened an incognito window and tried to login to Area51 directly with my user credentials but same thing happened.
When I visit area51.stackexchange.com, click "discuss" at the top, "Join this community" and then "Confirm new account" I get the above. Appreciate any help.
