I am considering proposing another WordPress SE but this one would be for internals - coding with WordPress core as well as well established third-party elements. It would not be for support or use - only development. I find the current WordPress site so restrictive that nothing I cannot look up myself is on topic essentially making it useless for serious development questions. Is a second WordPress Dev SE a viable sounding idea?
