Is this proposal using fake users to make the account seem better, I have seen that flag up before. Reasons I ask

1. All the users names start with user<numbers>

2. It has over 60 followers in less then 24 hours

@JakeSymons That's because their haven't set there displayname. It's a default thing when you sign up and you don't set a displayname it will default to username<uid>

@JakeSymons I can't tell if it's legit or not.

It does stand out when you look at the newest proposals

Would a SE about STEM competitions do well on Area 51? Something about like idk cs competitions or math competitions, etc.

@NL628 It doesn't seem fit for the Stack Exchange network. I mean site about competitions and stuff gets close as not viable
