@200_success seems like a custom reason would be most appropriate here, OP is simply not asking for a peer review.
Or do we need a close reason that says one must ask for vode to be reviewed?

But we currently have a "asking for advice about code not yet written" reason, which has been dropped in the proposed set.

Sort of makes sense too, in the sense that it's asking for advice on tests not yet written
But "not asking for a peer review" would be more generic imo

That works, but it's more of a stretch. Our existing reason works better in this case.
