Just wondering what you think of the recently growing number of the translation questions

I saw this question just now

I voted to close it but I started to wonder if any "effort" can be possibly made by the OP :/

assuming that he/she can't read any Chinese

There's also questions like this. It's asking for difference but I feel there's not much difference between this and translation questions.

I mean the difference is rather obvious and the OP does not show any effort

perhaps there should be a close flag for every question that does not indicate prior research effort made, instead of limiting it to translation questions only?
