Sorry I've been such a stranger on this stack of late!

Occurred to me it might be useful to try some questions on mythology of artificial intelligence, as this is such a rich source of content--from Talos and the Golem to Terminator and Rick Deckard.

(Might also be good for traffic and expand the base.)

I'll set my mind to it, if folks feel it would be a good idea.

In the meantime, here's a philosophical question I posted on SE:AI that arises from the mythology of AI, originating, I believe, with Philip K. Dick:
