I had a brief look at Nik Weaver's Forcing for Mathematicians. After skimming through the book, I gained impression, that forcing has much closer to metamathematics than I thought. (I was under the impression that primary difficulty in learning forcing is mastering various technical results from set theory.)

I hope that one day I'll find the time to go through this book (or some other introduction to forcing) in detail.
