how does one go about proposing new tags? I've seen a couple of questions where 'confinement' would work but
sandbox would be overly specific (i.e. when questions discuss how to approach reducing the privileges of an app or the advantages of confinement / separation of privileges, without specifically involving existing sandboxing tools)
