@VikasKumar "A man has home claims" means that a man can say that "I have my own house". IOW, he has a family and is married.

But they mean different things.
"I still don't have a job." ← Means you tried and tried and tried but you didn't succeed in finding a job.
"I don't have a job yet." ← Means you never had a job.
