@gerrit: Nice photos! Loved all the camping places. How many did you ride, what route?

@WedaPashi About 1030 km. I'll upload a track to wikiloc later, but my route started near Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and roughly followed the rivers Main, Tauber, Wörnitz, and Lech to the Alps, then with the Via Claudia Augusta over the Fernpass (Austria) to the Inn valley and over the Reschenpass (border Austria/Italy) to the Etsch/Adige valley, with an excursion through Valsugana to Bassano del Grappa (Italy) at the envery end.

It's the only Alps crossing that is almost entirely on bike trails. At no point did I need to share a busy road with cars.

@gerrit: Oh, that sounds brilliant. 1030 km is an impressive distance to ride!
