@Liam I think this answer of yours (and the accompanying video) is completely wrong. I am pretty sure the break position for a Munter hitch is "up" and the weighted strands needs to be along the spine otherwise the gate can unlock. Further, the Prusik backup can only go on the weighted strands and not the unweighted/break strands where many people like to put it.
