Q: Does this site accept relationship questions?

Lara ChSince Health Stack Exchange is about health, does it accept questions on relationships as a part of psychological help?

@Lucky Haven't received a notification for some reason. I get the feeling that the site is slowly doing better - we are more users that vote to close questions. The only trouble is that most new users don't participate as answerers, they only ask.
@JohnP @michaelpri What does it take so that we actually get to test improvements to the site discussed in this Meta thread?
