@ChrisK if you have iphone, you can get chatGPT app. It is now available but only on the iphone. And it is free. "This official app is free, syncs your history across devices, and brings you the newest model improvements from OpenAI" but ofcourse this is using it outside of Wolfram Mathematica. This is really how it should be in Mathematica also. No keys, no registration, nothing. Just builtin free usage.
