Quick question guys.

If I want someone to get $12.10 dollars which is the value of 10 UK pounds since the person lives in the UK. And the fees and taxes in total that he would have to pay are .45. How do I calculate how much gross do I need to send him?

Logically when I do 12.10 * .45 and take that number and add it to 12.10. Than subtract it, it doesn't come to 12.10 it comes lower.

And so I do not know the formula

I figure it out with trail and error and it was 22 but how do you come to that without just guessing non stop?

@MathCubes Have you looked at wise.com ? I started using it recently and it very clearly shows you all commissions / fees which BTW are reasonable.
