Is wolfram desktop version 13 out now?

Version 13 has cut a precious .5 out of my Benchmark[] (5.6 to 5.1). This fix appears to no longer apply: mathematica.stackexchange.com/questions/221767/…

@CarlLange is the loss "spread out" over the tests or mostly confined to the ones that use MKL?
(assuming MKL-related ones)

@CarlLange about your ticket, technical mistake on our side. Your ticket got escalated to the T&S team and closed by the person handling the support queue because it's now on the T&S board - we're working on it and you'll get a proper response despite the closure
Apologies for the confusion caused, please know it's actually being worked on and not ignored :)

@CesarM Oh, thank you for reaching out, I was getting kind of upset about it!

really liking the Custom Guide Page functionality
great way to consolidate a use-case specific slice of relevant functions and techniques to share with co-workers

@kirkus where can one find more information on this? sounds interesting!
@CATrevillian See the blog post and the Documentation Tools palette

the progress on the ecosystem is very encouraging; documentation, paclets, function repository, etc.

@kirkus Interesting question, here's the change between my old benchmark and my new one:
{{"Data Fitting", 0.026}, {"Digits of Pi",
  0.001}, {"Discrete Fourier Transform", -0.016}, {"Eigenvalues of a \
Matrix", 0.036}, {"Elementary Functions", 0.034}, {"Gamma Function",
  0.}, {"Large Integer Multiplication", 0.002}, {"Matrix Arithmetic",
  0.}, {"Matrix Multiplication",
  0.017}, {"Matrix Transpose", -0.034}, {"Numerical Integration",
  0.033}, {"Polynomial Expansion", 0.}, {"Random Number Sort",
  0.002}, {"Singular Value Decomposition",
  0.035}, {"Solving a Linear System", 0.02}}
I don't know which of these use MKL and which don't. I also don't know what the units are - time maybe?
