@JasonB. it is common for new users to not know about being able to accept and upvote but if the question score < number of answers then I am disappointed by answerers :) There are exceptions where the question was almost worth closing but someone with good will helped OP anyway.

What have been your recent turnaround times for Premier Service Support inquiries? ("typical turnaround time is 3 workdays" according to WRI...) I am seeing 5+ days at least on any recent inquiry of mine. ;-(

@gwr About this here
About 2 months have gone by now without anything "visibly" happening! — gwr 6 hours ago
Had I known that the process is so slow, I wouldn't have invested so much time.
I did not only work on the header image, I also updated our JS highlighter to Mathematica 12. Several other people helped with all this and also invested their time.

@halirutan OMG, has this also not been pulled in?
Clearly not, I just checked.
I am quite frustrated that these changes are not handle-able by the moderators. Changing an image and some JS does not (IMO) need oversight by overworked SO community reps.
I find this particularly frustrating because we get a new design foisted on us which nobody asked for, and the minute we ask for a tiny change, it's months and months of delay.
Feels very one-way and nothing like the community-driven thing that it is.

@CarlLange I take responsibility for all that. I, as one of the mods, should have known how things work and it would have been easy to ask upfront how fast changes can be implemented. I did not do that because I also had the impression our ideas were tiny changes that we are surely allowed to decide for ourselves.
So while we discussed every detail with the community, we did not once ask SE if it is possible at all.

@halirutan Absolutely not your responsibility - it is extremely reasonable to make these assumptions.
