@Edmund There used to be System`GroupOpenerInsideFrame as an undocumented thing but then as now I'm not a huge fan of it.

@Kuba Actually, it's more like confirmed by the community or confirmed by WRI. The problem was that people kept tagging non-bugs as bugs.

@Kuba In a bugs header, you wrote "persists" instead of "persisting," which appears in the header template. Does that matter? I suppose a search engine will probably match either. (The participle "persisting" parallels "introduced" and is better style.)
The bugs header, given its purpose, excites the pedant in me, which I find irritating. Sometimes I just want to ignore it. Many users just write their own take on the header, as if getting the general idea across was the purpose. Not sure what I think about your meta post yet.

@MichaelE2 yes, sorry for this mistake, I guess it is more common. Sometimes I just don't pay enough attention as preparing example + reporting etc take already a lot of time.
