If I do a URLRead on an HTTPRequest the "Body" property is a big chunk of HTML. I want a few tables in that HTML. Is there something build-in that lets you navigate HTML like a Dataset or something similar so I can get the information out?

@Edmund you can always import the HTML as "Data".
In general though I just do this again everytime from the XML, making use of (I think) System`Convert`XMLDump`getSymbolicXMLPlaintext. Can never remember which of those functions I want...
I basically just pull it out from the Names every time:
DocFind["ML*Text", "*", IgnoreCase -> True, Format -> False]

{"MathMLText", "System`Convert`XMLDump`getSymbolicXMLPtext", \
"System`Convert`HTMLImportDump`HTMLTextImport", \
"System`Convert`XMLDump`getSymbolicXMLPlaintext", \
"System`Convert`MLStringDataDump`HTMLConvertText", \
"System`Convert`XMLDump`getSymbolicXMLTagPlaintext", \
"Forms`GenerateHTTPResponse`PackagePrivate`htmlContext"}
