Assume the completely useless example:

Does someone know if we have a Q&A about how to find out the symbols that are bound in the LHS of the rule?
I need this with all the ugly stuff like Verbatim, Pattern, HoldPattern, etc..
My goal is to have a function that gives me all the symbols that are replaced in the RHS. So in the example above it would be x and y.
