JavaNew["java.awt.geom.Point2D"] it finds the class. I go to the documentation and I look up what the constructor arguments are. It turns out it's an abstract class, can't be directly instantiated. However, it has two nested classes Point2D.Double and Point2D.Float. I try JavaNew["java.awt.geom.Point2D.Double"] 
I am trying to use this code offered in the context of webMathematica here related to NeuralNetworks. I tested this in Mathematica 10 and 11 and the code does not run because of missing package NeuralNetworks. Aspiring chat here. So where can I find the NeuralNetworks package?

Be aware that Times will reorder expressions due to the Orderless attribute;
if from f[c[1]*1/2*x[1, 2]^3] you want c[1] you will need to also define:
Attributes[f] = HoldAll;
