In 2016, I asked my first question on this site, I got two very good answers. This year, I asked money.stackexchange.com/q/142663/39766 which was closed as off-topic. I can understand that because it is on the boundary between Expat.se and this site and it's kind of "shopping question". What surprised me is that three high rep users have no enough international banking knowledges.

They asked me a lot of meaningless questions in comments. I had to spend quite a bit time to explain without any useful feedback and info. International banking experts, where are you? Here, or some other places? Sigh !!!
