@CRoss OVER regulation is what I have a problem with. Because ultimately, people as individuals need to have some sense of moderation and restraint. Government regulation can't, and shouldn't (nor should we want it) be needed to make people behave half way decently. Some regulation is good, like HAZMAT, so people are informed. Excessive regulation is an inefficient attempt at addressing a deeper problem, one that government is NOT designed for.
