@rschwieb There is a blacklist of keywords and blacklist of users, and The SD message seems to say that this happens to be in both.

If you ask me to guess, I think the blacklisted keyword is "AskConstant" and the blacklisted username is "Stoutemyer".

There's a new meta post about challenge-type questions which may be of interest here. https://math.meta.stackexchange.com/q/35040/29335

It indirectly features the question of whether or not such questions are on-topic anymore. One answer, at the moment, seems to obliquely suggest they are still on-topic, but I believe they are not.

Otherwise it is a pretty broad question but you may wish to weigh in on the topic of puzzle questions.

@rschwieb I also do not recall that particular username, otherwise I would have explicitly said so. I'm just guessing that it's one possible way to blacklist a user (though certainly there may be other ways like using IP).

Hmm, judging from the SD messages in the past, "blacklisted user" probably is not what I guessed, but rather by IP, since there is a different SD message for "blacklisted username". =)
