Hello, is there any 10K+ users willing to share the (now deleted) answer linked above by Smokey to the other answer-er in the same post? I flagged but didn't expect it got deleted that fast.
@MartinSleziak No, I see only the question and "answer not found". Interestingly, I can see this deleted post via the low quality review. May be I can see the deleted post only when the whole thread is deleted?
Well, maybe the link you've given here behaves differently because you're one of the reviewers...?

I don't really know all the details about this. I have just noticed that sometimes I can see some deleted posts in the reviews - even on sites where I am below 10k.
Now that you point out that you only see question here, I am not really sure which type of reviews was that.
I have noticed that even users below 10k can see (some part of) deleted post if they find reopen or suggested edit review - here are examples I happen to have at hand: https://mathoverflow.net/review/reopen/96268 and https://mathoverflow.net/review/suggested-edits/95740
I was one of the reviewers in the linked suggested edit. I did not review the reopen vote in the other link.
@StubbornAtom: given my vote. It is the behavior of answerers which is rather strange. The answerer has solved many tough integrals and I have liked many of his answers. But I don't think such a typical routine PSQ was worthy of his efforts.
