close I voted to close this question on the grounds that it is too broad. It asks two questions, both of which have been previously answered on MSE (likely many times---I linked to the first Google results for each). I don't think that it would be appropriate to close it as a duplicate of either.

@AlexanderGruber Yeah, I've noticed the same. Hard for me to know whether it's due to more users voting to cast a first close vote, or due to fewer close vote reviewers than questions deserving close votes, or a mixture of both!
